Das Ferienhaus "Olimpia" liegt im charmanten Weiler Poggio Del Papa auf einem sonnigen Hügel, etwa 12 km vom Zentrum von Castiglione Del Lago und außerhalb des Ortes Vaiano entfernt. Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus bietet eine gemütliche und komfortable Unterkunft in ländlicher Umgebung. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen privaten, eingezäunten Garten von 800 m² und stellt damit ausreichend Platz für Entspannung und Outdoor-Aktivitäten in völliger Privatsphäre zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in der Toskana und kombiniert ländliche Ruhe mit einer guten Ausstattung.

Der private Garten umfasst 800 m² und ist vollständig eingezäunt. Der rechteckige Swimmingpool misst 12 x 5 Meter und hat eine Tiefe von 100 bis 150 cm; er ist vom 15. Mai bis 30. September verfügbar. Eine Außendusche befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Pools. Ein Hot Tub steht zur Verfügung und ermöglicht Entspannung mit Blick auf die umliegende Hügellandschaft. Eine überdachte Terrasse bietet einen schattigen Bereich für Mahlzeiten im Freien oder zum Entspannen tagsüber. Der Garten ist mit komfortablen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet; ein Barbecue steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ländlichen Hügellage und die Nutzung eines Autos wird dringend empfohlen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und lokale Dienstleistungen bequem zu erreichen. WLAN ist in der gesamten Unterkunft kostenlos verfügbar. Ein privater Parkplatz steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Der Eigentümer akzeptiert keine Buchungen von Jugendgruppen unter keinen Umständen; diese Hausregel ist bei Anfragen oder Reservierungen zu beachten.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.
