Neue Bewertung für La Fornace: Fornace 52 in Gambassi Terme, Toskana, Italien.
Zeitraum: Samstag, der 18. Juli 2009.
Mieter: Olivier V. (Weybridge, Surrey, United Kingdom).
Mieterbewertung: 4/5.
Bewertungseinzelheiten:
Excellent location in the heart of Tuscany, 15 min from S. Gimignano and 1 hour away from popular cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, etc...
The flat is part of a complex of a few dozens of houses, all of them recently built and well designed. Large enough for a small family and well equipped. Only regret: no table and chairs or barbecue in the garden.
The area is very quiet. The swimming pool is decent, equipped with chairs and umbrellas, and well taken care of. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises, though a bit expensive. Supermarkets 7 km away.
