The directions to the place in English were wrong (the last and most important step), so we were lostfor an hour! That was not a good beginning. However, the owners are very nice people. The owners were very friendly and the complimentary wine and olive oil were most appreciated. The apartment was just as decsribed, and was quite charming, with a wonderful mini-kitchen. The fan should have been more effective, as there is no AC and it was quite hot at certain times. It's a very central place to stay in Tuscany, once you are able to find your way around. You need a GPS! (and a correct address)
