Located on a working farm (olives/horses/hunting) situated on the hillside of a wooded valley with lovely views. Villa is private, spacious and clean but at time of our visit needed more seating in the lounge and did not have a kettle! Excellent base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria as close to fast motorways/city amenities whilst villa complex is secluded and scenic. You need to like dogs-owner has five small friendly dogs allowed to wander on the grounds and there are hunting dogs kept away from the villas but you can hear them when barking. If not for the above, our rating for this villa would be Excellent.
