Een heerlijke ruime villa, waar we met 2 gezinnen heerlijk hebben genoten van prachtige uitzicht, patio, zwembad, lounge en de zeer ruime tuin, een plek om tot rust te komen en niets te hoeven

Well-proportioned traditional-style Umbrian country house; lovely dining room for cooler days; quiet road leading up a hill to a weekend pizzeria; houses close by but there was no noise from them and no overlooking; there's no air conditioning but there were fans and because of the quality of the building, it stayed reasonably cool during a heatwave. There are some nice views of Trasimeno and the hills from the garden through the trees (see image). There were some issues with the plumbing during our stay but the key holder attended immediately to fix them; perhaps the bed linen could be upgraded. The bottom line: we had a lovely time in a beautiful place.

Beautiful location and great accommodation. We were a big family of 8 adults, 6 children and 1 infant, and we easily fit in the rooms provided. Everything was great, everyone was very happy with it. Do not expect a lot of nearby sightseeing, though. Most roads to and from the accommodation are quite narrow and winding. We mostly stayed in the house and by the pool, which also was very well managed. If you're planning to mostly stay in the house, it is perfect. Stia, which is located 5-10 minutes by car from the house, is a quiet little town that provides everything you need. It is also a nice place to spend some time.
