Neue Bewertung für Villa Giusy in Subbiano, Toskana, Italien.
Zeitraum: Samstag, der 11. Juni 2016.
Mieter: Dmitry P. (Wien, Austria).
Mieterbewertung: 3/5.
Bewertungseinzelheiten:
In general satisfactory, see more comments below:
Villa was built some 30 years ago, the idea and design were excellent, but it looks like that during recent years the owners didn't invest much and quite a number of things needs to be improved.
In general villa was clean.
Villa's location quite convenient, only 12 kilometers to the center of Arezzo, within one hour drive to Sansepolcro, La Verna, Michelangelo Caprese.
From my view the kitchen is the first object to be renovated- equipment, furniture, accessories should be replaced and updated.
For those visitors who plans to stay in this villa second half of June one will recommend to visit Arezzo to see Giostra del Saracino - quite impressive performance.
The owners are very nice people, cooperative, friendly.
