We were very pleased with our stay at ABSL! We were a large group - 10 people including my parents, my sister's family and our family, including 3 young kids under 5. The property was beautiful and the accommodations more than met our needs. We stayed in the main villa which had 4 spacious bedrooms and one smaller single room (which is exactly what we required). The kitchen easily fit our entire group for dinner. We ate one meal at the restaurant downstairs and everyone felt that the meal was one of the culinary highlights of our 2 week trip to Italy. The grounds had a small playarea that was ideal for our young children, and a beautiful pool (it was a little too chilly in early October, but we took a couple of dips nonetheless!). The location of the Villa is ideal for short day trips to Tuscan villages such as Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano or the Chianti District. Not hard to get to Pisa or Florence either. We would happily return.
