Sie werden entdecken, dass die "Balze" eine Landschaft von seltener Schönheit sind, jahrhundertealte Beispiele der Erosion, die im Laufe der Jahre Türme und Felsklingen geformt haben, die sich majestätisch in der Talsohle erheben und die Sie in eine suggestive, fast magische Welt katapultieren werden.
Der Agriturismo Le Balze befindet sich im Herzen des Alto Valdarno, am Fuße des Pratomagno und 4 km vom Dorf Castelfranco di Sopra entfernt. Die nächstgelegenen Geschäfte und Supermärkte befinden sich in Montevarchi oder San Giovanni Valdarno, etwa 10 km entfernt. Hier, in den kleinen, hübschen Städtchen, kann man abends essen gehen oder einen Aperitif mit Freunden veranstalten.
Das Anwesen ist in drei Wohnungen unterteilt, die aus der Restaurierung alter landwirtschaftlicher Nebengebäude in der Nähe des Haupthauses, in dem die Eigentümer leben, hervorgegangen sind. Traditionelle Materialien wie Holz, Terrakotta und Stein wurden bei der Renovierung verwendet, um den ländlichen und bäuerlichen Ursprung des Gebäudes zu erhalten. Alle Wohnungen haben auf einer Seite eine hölzerne Veranda, wo Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Raum mit Tisch und Stühlen haben, um die kühlen Sommerabende beim Abendessen oder mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen.
Im großen, grünen Garten stehen Ihnen ein praktischer Grill und eine Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung. Das gemeinschaftlich genutzte Schwimmbad befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes (Größe 6x12 m, Tiefe 1,40 m - geöffnet vom 10. Mai bis 15. September) und ist komplett eingezäunt. Wäscherei und Bügelmöglichkeit in einem Gemeinschaftsraum.
Im Agriturismo Le Balze können Sie hervorragenden Wein und natives Olivenöl extra, Gemüse, Obst und alle Produkte des Bauernhofs probieren und kaufen. Aber einer der Höhepunkte ist sicherlich das kleine Restaurant (maximal 25 Plätze - Reservierung erforderlich), das von den Eigentümern geführt wird und sich im Erdgeschoss ihres Hauses befindet. Es ist sowohl für die Öffentlichkeit als auch für die Gäste des Agriturismo geöffnet, wo Sie unbedingt, zumindest einen Abend lang, die köstlichen typischen Gerichte probieren sollten, die mit schmackhaften lokalen Produkten zubereitet werden.

Schönes Landgut aus dem XIX Jahrhundert mitten in den toskanischen Hügeln gelegen. Das Gut besteht aus einem Hauptgebäude und einem umgebauten Heuspeicher . Die Wohnungen wurden sorgfältig renoviert, wobei der architektonische Original-Stil beibehalten wurde. Der Fußboden ist aus Terrakottafliesen und die Balkendecke ist noch unverändert sichtbar.

Nur 5 Kilometer entfernt befindet sich die berühmte Stadt Montepulciano, eine echte Perle des 16. Jahrhunderts, ein Zeitalter, von dem sie mit ihren Palästen, Straßen und Gassen, unauslöschlichen Zeugnissen der Pracht der Renaissance-Architektur und des Geschmacks, noch heute ein fast unversehrter Ausdruck ist.
Im Dorf finden Sie Geschäfte und Supermärkte und vor allem Restaurants und Trattorien, in denen Sie köstliche traditionelle toskanische Gerichte probieren können, sowie die berühmten Weinkeller, die inmitten von Weinbergen liegen, in den Tuffstein gegraben und unterirdisch mit Bögen, Gewölben und alten Fässern gebaut sind. Die Gemeinde von Massarosa besteht aus vielen kleinen Ortschaften, umgeben von herrlichen Olivenhainen und Wald. Das Meer ist nah.
Die nahe Autobahn ermöglicht viele schöne Ausflüge – Florenz ca.90km, 20 nach Pisa und Lucca.
Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio und daher auch Torre del Lago Puccini – bekannt als Lago Massaciuccoli – nur einen Sprung entfernt.
In der Mitte befindet sich unser Ferienhaus, asphaltierte Straße bis zum Haus, mit 3 schönen Ferienwohnungen mit Garten, Meerblick und gemeinsamen großzügigen Garten mit Spielplatz für kleine Kinder.
Jede Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen Privatgarten oder Terrasse.
Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftspool:
- Geöffnet von Mai bis Oktober, von 9 bis 19 Uhr.
- 8,5 m lang, 4,5 m breit, 1,3 m tief.
- Chlor.
Der Besitzer bewohnt die 4. Wohnung und kümmert sich um die Anlage.
Die kleine Residenzanlage befindet sich einige Schritte von einer alten Kirche entfernt, bei der man dann parken kann, wenn der eigene Parkplatz zu voll sein sollte.
Die Ferienresidenz war früher eine Farm, bis heute umgeben von altem Olivenhain (in dem man spazieren kann bzw. in andere Dörfer durchgehen kann) die mit der Zeit umgestaltet wurde ohne die ursprüngliche Originalität einzubüßen.

Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig, auf einem 12 Hektar großen Landgut, mit Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Nur 350 Meter vom Zentrum eines kleinen Dorfes entfernt, erreichen die Gäste die Bushaltestelle für die Verbindung nach Florenz in nur 20 Minuten.
Die Ferienwohnungen bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Außenbereich, und die Gäste können ein wunderschönes, eingezäuntes Schwimmbad, das 85 Meter vom Haus entfernt unter Olivenbäumen liegt, gemeinschaftlich nutzen.

Der Agriturismo Bevignano, der inmitten eines blühenden Landguts mit 70 Hektar Wald und 1.200 silbernen Olivenbäumen liegt, hat antike Ursprünge. Sie gehen auf das Jahr 1600 zurück, als es hier ein Kloster gab, und man kann noch immer eine alte kleine Kirche im Inneren des Anwesens bewundern. Das alte Dorf an der Grenze zwischen den Provinzen Arezzo und Siena, eingebettet in die bewaldeten Hügel nördlich des Monte San Savino, hat seine architektonischen Merkmale bewahrt, die es zu einem Ort voller Charme und Geschichte machen. Sie werden sich wie in ein anderes Jahrhundert katapultiert fühlen, in Kontakt mit der Natur und der Einfachheit des Landlebens.
Die Stadt Monte San Savino mit ihren Geschäften, Supermärkten und Dienstleistungen aller Art ist etwa 10 km entfernt. Im Ort gibt es auch typische Restaurants, in denen Sie das berühmte Chianina-Rindfleisch, toskanische Rotweine und auch ausgezeichnete Pizzen genießen können.
Das Anwesen ist in zwei Steingebäude unterteilt, die wiederum in vier unabhängige Wohnungen aufgeteilt sind. Casa Vana und Casa Linda und das Haus, in dem die Eigentümer leben, sind im ersten Bauernhaus, und Casa Ghigo und Casa Gesuina sind im zweiten Bauernhaus. Jede Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und verfügt über einen privaten Außenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien.
Die Eigentümer haben sich nach einer sorgfältigen Untersuchung der Ursprünge und Traditionen des Ortes dazu entschlossen, den ursprünglichen Kern des Weilers unverändert zu erhalten und ihn mit nüchternen und essentiellen Ausstattungen und Möbeln zu bereichern, die Ihnen die Möglichkeit geben, einen Urlaub in Kontakt mit der Natur und dem Landleben zu erleben, verbunden mit den Annehmlichkeiten des modernen Lebens.

Here guests are welcomed into six charming units that reflect a rare and authentic form of hospitality: the Albergo diffuso—literally, a ‘scattered hotel’.
